Mushroom Risotto

Ingredient Quantity
Arborio Rice 1.5 cups
Mushrooms (sliced) 1 pound
Vegetable Broth 4 cups
Onion (chopped) 1 medium
Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
White Wine (dry) 1/2 cup
Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
Butter 2 tablespoons
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • Add rice and wine, then gradually add broth.
  • Stir in cheese and butter at the end.
