Vegetable Pulao

Onions (sliced)1 medium
Green Chilies (slit)2
Ginger-Garlic Paste1 tbsp
Whole Spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom)1 each
Bay Leaf1
Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp
Ghee/Oil2 tbsp
Water3 cups
  • Sauté whole spices and onions in ghee.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and vegetables.
  • Add rice and water, then cook until rice is done.
