Ingredient | Quantity |

Basmati Rice | 1.5 cups |
Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, beans) | 1.5 cups |
Onions (sliced) | 1 medium |
Green Chilies (slit) | 2 |
Ginger-Garlic Paste | 1 tbsp |
Whole Spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom) | 1 each |
Bay Leaf | 1 |
Turmeric Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Ghee/Oil | 2 tbsp |
Water | 3 cups |
- Sauté whole spices and onions in ghee.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and vegetables.
- Add rice and water, then cook until rice is done.
